The 2009 Extraordinary General Meeting of the Wey & Arun Canal Trust Limited will take place at the Pulborough Village Hall on Saturday October 24, 2009 at 2.30pm.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Apologies for absence.
2. To confirm the Minutes of the 36^th Annual General Meeting held on April 25 2009
3. To receive the Chairman's Report. Sally Schupke will update members on the Trust's activities during the last six months.
4. Hon. Treasurer's report - Jim Phillips will speak about the current financial situation.
5. To present Poddle Cups.
6. W&A Enterprises Ltd - there will be a report on the Company's recent activities.
7. Next meeting. To confirm date of the Annual General Meeting for 2010. Proposed to be April 24 2010, venue to be confirmed.

After the formal business meeting there will be illustrated talks on work in the Loxwood area (by Eric Walker), the Bramley Link Project and the Trust's new trip boats.
