The Wey & Arun Canal Trust is very pleased to announce that the Jack King Trophy was awarded this year to Colin Durbridge who has done a lot to improve the electronic switchgear at the back pumping system to the canal's locks. He has also designed and fitted remote controls which will help with the control of water levels at the restored locks.

Colin comes from Send, near Woking in Surrey. The cup is named after Jack King who farmed at Paplands Farm and his family was the first to allow restoration of the canal on their land in 1971.
