*** Our electric boat offers flexibility for seating and table arrangement. It has an access lift for wheelchairs and mobility impaired passengers.
Catering may be arranged with the Onslow Arms, bring your own food or use an outside caterer - just ask and we can tailor the trips to suit you!
Landing stage with free car and coach parking behind the Onslow Arms, Loxwood, West Sussex.
We also have a self-drive dayboat the "Pete Wynn" available for hire to WACT members which is suitable for 4 people maximum. This boat is powered by an electric outboard and allows the canal to be explored with minimal disturbance to the wildlife.
All skippers and crew are members of the Wey & Arun Canal Trust and are volunteers. Our boats have to undergo regular safety inspection by the MCA (Maritime and Coastguard Agency - an executive agency of the Department for Transport). Skippers are in possession of a current Boatmaster's Licence issued by the MCA - so you are in safe hands!
